Pental is a trade name recognized all over, so when I wanted to purchase some medium grade art supplies for my clients, (art pastels) and I saw these available, I immediately ordered them. They have done well at the various programs and campuses-as a matter of fact, I have purchased 6 sets so far and will try for another 6 before the holidays come about! Good basic quality of art supplies. My only negative has nothing to do with the product; it has to do with delivery charges. As a non profit, every penny counts. I do the ink/toner recycles every month so I can get my $20 to pay for clients' art supplies. However, as this product isn't shipped fro warehouse to Office Depot Store, I have to pay 50% of my $20 just on delivery so can only order a couple a month! I hope in future more items will be shipped to the Office Depot stores so I can pick them up (free of charge) so I can purchase more art supplies.
